Name: Sagakuryuu (Art Of The Balance Fist) [Signature]

Description:
Revolving around handwork, speed, agility and marksmanship. For the users of this style of close quarters combat they have to find balance within there movements and striking. This Goken compared to Sagaku is very much the same when it comes down to the movement of the feet and the kicking structures, the handwork is different, warriors of the Goken aim for the bones of the body meanwhile Sagaku aim for the muscles of the body. One thing they are rarely trained in is strength, that is only if mandatory due to failure of attacking effect. The user of this style study the pressure points, vital areas and most of all muscles to where breaking there opponent down can be a matter of a one, two, three move if experienced enough.
Punches/Jabs~

The Balance fist is utilized by hitting pressure points of the body. To be a close quarter combat combatant you must have a fast body but this style of fighting teaches the student how to specifically move fast with the use of the arms. The Style punches are different from Goken and Juken due to not using full fist when it comes to punches or jabs but rather the use of knuckles which usually is the index and middle finger knuckles after balling up a fist or maybe even fingers if experienced enough. The purpose of the knuckles is so that it can make the attack lighter, and lighter equals more speed for one. Secondly, they are meant to hit in pressure points or muscles used to temporarily shut down functions in the limbs or body part or even damage the muscles rendering them useless. Do not mistaken this for Juken, it has nothing to do with the chakra points of the body but more trying to take down there opponent with fast "quick jabs" or "punches". Some beginners have to hit very hard to be able to damage muscles, others may just have to hit pressure points with relatively light jabs. Never has the user been taught to do a basic punch, even taught to attack with the wrist of the aim, punches could be influenced by the Drunken Fist and that the stances of balance could also be inspired by it.

Acrobatics/Agility~

Without this part the students of Sagaku could possibly be at a disadvantage, the jabs and punches are of no use with out being able to mix it up now and then. The students are required to work on flexibility and movement, this was to strengthen there legs when it came down to all it has to do with legs. This is where the kicking with Goken are very alike in many ways. Due to the high speed of the punches and jabs, the kicks look much slower then any other attacks. The objectives are to be able to train the students so that they can flip, jump high into the air and be able to make fluid and very unpredictable movements unlike the predictable Goken. So most experienced Taijutsu users using this style of balance are able to not use chakra at all and move through any amount of jutsu through just solid movement or by jumping. Although a very useful method of fighting, the legwork is vital to this style of fighting and is used to not only get close but to give in powerful attacks behind the light and quick jabs.


Name: Eda Joyko (Limb Removal)
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: C
Class: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Close

Description:
A very common and very effective technique which gives the user power to be able to take down a limb on an opponent. This can only be used to the best of the ability if has above average agility, speed and precision. Three quick jabs, its quick jabs are described when explaining the structures of the punches. This is the use of the tip of the index and middle finger together, Maybe even the tips of the fingers. It strikes muscles in three sections of the limb taking it down momentarily, meaning it will fall like dead weight also giving a pretty moderate amount of pain. The speed is needed, because they must be able to perform this attack very quickly.
(Unable to use that limb for three posts)
Drawbacks:
-If one hit fails then the limb will be out of commission for two posts, if two hits fail then the limb will be out of commission for one post.
-Knowledge of Balance Fist Required.



Name: Chaotic Twister
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Base to other techniques , Defensive
Range: Close

Description:
Another fruit from the Balanced style of combat, this is basically a base to many dangerously vital techniques in furthering the skill of a Sagakuu master. Requiring focus and balance the user will spin, during the spin the user must place all ten fingers between each other in a holding position with legs straight and even. This gathers up so much momentum that it becomes visible to a point of clear pressure layering around the users body. Speed moving at Crashing Ground Speeds, its so strong its capable of slicing through B-Rank Physical Techniques, if a person comes into contact with it it will be sliced like a B-Rank cutting jutsu. The Drawback to this technique is that it hinders vision and make it very difficult to see while spinning. Used as a defense for low level techniques, can not move while spinning.




Name: Chaotic Acceleration
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: B
Class: Offensive
Range: Close - Far

Description:
This is one of Balanced first boost of speed techniques, This can only come to fruit while performing Chaotic Twister. As all that momentum builds up, the user focus in one direction and then burst forward - Using the momentum gained through the Twister they are able to use there chakra to control and use the momentum's force to push and accelerate them in one direction. They can not turn or curve, straight direction of force and momentum which actually if attacking due to speed and momentum the particular combo/strike is 1+ tier higher in strength. Straight forward speed boost is 1+ tiers higher then users.



Name: Balanced Style: Ten Trigrams of Torment
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: B
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description:
Only masters of Sagakuu have been able to master such a fine technique, believe it or not this technique was crafted and branded a rough technique but if mastered then can push though the next stages of the Balanced fist. The only way this technique is a success is if all ten strikes are placed so that when the final attack is issued the whole victims body is damaged due to disorientation due to a blood pressure drop for about 5 of there post - Ten Strikes with the final being a Pressure Palm. Arms move at 1+ speed tier .

Just add (Signature) to the name of Art of the Balance Fist and everything under it will become signature as well. So remove the Exclusive taijutsu thing.

Edo Jokyo remove the bit talking about the Hyuga as on nb there are no record of that clan even existing anymore.

Chaotic Twister please add physical techniques as there is no way it would be able to prevent you from begin engulfed by say a fireball.

Chaotic Acceleration have the speed boost be +1 and Approved.

Ten Trigams of Torment - There are 108 Pressure points in the human body, 36 are deadly and ten are the deadliest, I can get if you wanted to kill the opponent but shutting down their entire body just but hitting ten out of 108 no...not happening. At least not at B-rank.
I'd suggest breaking it down into groups, B-rank to cause disorientation due to a blood pressure drop, A-rank to cause intense pain in all the areas struck and S to shut down their body leaving them in a pseudo-death like state where their heart beat is slowed drastically. If you like you can stop there or make an SS-rank version which kills. It's up to you.

Thank you. Edited, the Chaotic techniques and the Ten Trigrams were new techniques I made - I'm glad they are not as bad as I expected.

Name: Ten Technique Release
Classification:  Fuuinjutsu
Rank: S
Class:  Supplementary
Range: Self

Description:
This Fuuinjutsu allows the user to seal techniques into there body for later use without the use of hand seals. The users will instead of performing the technique will gather the chakra and perform the needed hand seals then after holding the last hand seal and picturing them actually using them in there mind. Next, there body will glow with chakra for a split second giving the signal that the technique is actually sealed and a black seal will appear on the top of the user right shoulder. The user can then keep sealing the techniques that they wish to use, in that same matter and more black seals will appear going down the user arm. Performing the last hand seal of the technique, the seal will release and it will activate the jutsu and the seal will vanish.
Drawbacks:
- Only works with techniques that have hand seals.
- Only Ten Techniques can be sealed at a time.
- A bit of a Timed process, making attempts to seal techniques while in battle is not advised.


Name: Sight Seeing All Technique
Classification:  Fuuinjutsu
Rank: B
Class:  Supplementary, Defensive
Range:  Self

Description:
While holding the Half Tiger, and mentally picturing a eye one can create a seal in the form of a tattoo on there body as long as they are able to visualize it mentally. This acts as a third eye, insivible to the naked eye - the appearance is a closed eye but once placing a D-Rank amount of chakra to activate it that eye will open allowing one to use it as another eye. The information received from this sense forms a mental image in his mind, as if day dreaming. . The eye tattoo is a bit smaller then the average human eye but actually tracks speed one speed tier higher then user. Multiple seals can be used for more use.
Drawbacks:
Once opening the eye it will only stay open for about five post before it close.

You don't necessarily need the 10 Tech Release, since we don't really have handsigns here. We just sorta assume, but if you really want it then it's fine.  The only problem would be I don't see why it would allow you to do it at one chakra rank less and if you want to store them, I suggest have it be in a training topic with a word count = to the rank of the technique(s) being stored.  I personally wouldn't count it as your training topic for the day either.  

Sight Seeing Technique thing, just so we're clear, it'd be an initial B-rank amount of chakra just to seal the eye onto you.  Then, it should be a D-rank amount of chakra per post.  Finally, the last bit saying multiple seals can be used for more use.  Meaning you can stack this eye tattoo to allow you to read faster and faster tiers?  Because that'd be a no-go.  

As for the techniques above, if you really did edit them, which you seemed to have, to the way Vix said so, then they're fine.
