Shinobi Elite Ranks

Elite Rank

On the site one can forgo ranking up further to stay at the same rank with the perks of a mount, double their max jutsu limit and access to all of their specializations.

Elite Genin
* Can Participate in Chunin Exams to represent their village and sabotage other villages efforts.
* Can Join Organizations
* Can go on higher rank missions (See Character Information)
* Can obtain a Z-rank Technique are maxing their Jutsu Limit as long as no other one of the Accounts Character's have one already.

Chunin Instructors
* Can Customize the Academy Curriculum in their Village or in the Shinobi Academy if serving the Shogun.
* Can train their Third Elemental Release or their Kekkei Genkai if it is available at Jonin rank.
* Can go on higher rank missions (See Character Information)
* Can obtain a Z-rank Technique are maxing their Jutsu Limit as long as no other one of the Accounts Character's have one already.

Elite T. Jonin
* Can Participate in Jonin Exams to represent their village and sabotage other villages efforts.
* Can train their Third Elemental Release or their Kekkei Genkai if it is available at Jonin rank.
* Can go on higher rank missions (See Character Information)
* Can obtain a Z-rank Technique are maxing their Jutsu Limit as long as no other one of the Accounts Character's have one already.

Elite Medical Nin
* Can customize the Medical Items available to their village as well as directly receive payment for treatment at village hospitals.
* Can train their Third Elemental Release or their Kekkei Genkai if it is available at Sannin rank.
* Can go on higher rank missions (See Character Information)
* Can obtain a Z-rank Technique are maxing their Jutsu Limit as long as no other one of the Accounts Character's have one already.

Elite Jonin
* Can train their genin squads techniques which would normally require a higher rank to learn.
* Can train their Third Elemental Release or their Kekkei Tota if it is available at Sannin rank.
* Can go on higher rank missions (See Character Information)
* Can obtain a Z-rank Technique are maxing their Jutsu Limit as long as no other one of the Accounts Character's have one already.

Hunter Nin Captain
* Can train their Apprentice T. Jonin techniques which would normally require a higher rank to learn.
* Can train their Third Elemental Release or their Kekkei Tota if it is available at Sannin rank.
* Can go on higher rank missions (See Character Information)
* Can obtain a Z-rank Technique are maxing their Jutsu Limit as long as no other one of the Accounts Character's have one already.

Kage
* Can Create War Npcs for Daily Training at various costs depending on rank.
Academy Students = 100 Words
Genin = 200 Words
Elite Genin = 400 Words
Chunin = 800 Words
Chunin Instructors = 1000 Words
T. Jonin = 1500 Words
Elite T. Jonin 2000 Words.

* Can Rank up all current War Npc's if available to give them free jutsu per rank up for a Weekly Training of 1000 Words.
E to D-rank = 500 Words
D to C-rank = 1000 Words
B to A-rank = 2000 Words
A to S-rank = 4000 Words.[/color]
