Description: This technique known as the law of speed is a passive technique which activates when the user places C rank chakra or higher into any weapon that can be used as a projectile. The user will then pay a one time chakra cost of C rank in addition to the chakra cost of the technique or chakra added to the projectile weapon. Once this technique is in play every projectile the user throws for the duration of the topic will move one rank faster than the user's top speed( Speed Tier is at B, weapon will travel at A rank speed, ect). In addition if the weapon thrown is not a soft weapon it will deal strength damage equal to the speed that the weapon is traveling( Weapon traveling at B rank speed, will do B rank strength damage in addition to other affects done by the weapon).  This technique follows the concept that a person cant outrun their own throwing speed, and that when hard objects are thrown with speed, the impact has force equal to that speed. This technique caps at S rank speed.


Name: Almight Wind Aura
Classification: Supplementary

Description: This technique requires hand signs. Upon the completion of the required hand signs the user will glow a white aura around him/her. This aura is a coated layer of wind chakra that allows the user to use wind techniques to last one post longer and also lowers cooldowns by one post.  This allows the user to flow wind based attacks easier and also gives wind based techniques an extra kick. Wind based techniques are increase by an additional D rank in effectiveness so long as the aura is activated. The aura drains D rank of chakra for every one of the user's post that it is activated.  This causes the user to take additional fire damage(D rank more) if hit by fire based techniques. Once activated the cloak can remain on so long as the user is willing to pay the chakra cost.

Name: Futton Shift
Classification: Defensive
Rank: D
Class: Ninjutsu
Range: 0- 12 ft(User or Weapon)

Description: This technique does not require hand signs, but allows the user to utilize the wind chakra around their body or the wind chakra from a jutsu or weapon. This technique does not disrupt the effects of any wind based jutsu but it allows the technique, weapon, or user to shift or change position/direction. This technique can only shift targets 0-12 ft North, South, West or East. When this technique is in use, it resembles  a sudden blast of wind hitting the target.  If the user uses this technique on him/herself the technique can instantly push the user any distance the user wants from zero to 12 feet left or right. It can even force the user to be thrown up or pushed down any distance from zero to 12 ft in the air or to the ground. When it comes to weapons the trajectory changes and the winds give it an additional force for another 12ft. The main difference is the north and south function isnt up or down for weapons, its forward and back. This technique lasts 2 posts and has a one post cool down. Although the shift moves the user from their original,  the speed in which the user gets from 0-12ft  at D rank.

Also add that the speed boost capable of this technique caps at S.

This is because techniques below S cap at S meaning if you wanted say something to move past S you would need a S-rank or above technique.

Law of Speed Approved, the other two no.
As for your self combination thing, if you want to do that then it would be a B-rank Fighting Style and would have to be specifically for Wind Release techniques. Preforming hand seal strings to create new combinations, however you'll have to lenghten your posts accordingly and will only be able to do this only if your Solo Training has not yet been used up for the day that you use the technique in the topic.

Well it was because it was reliant on the first one. But if you remove that then make it's range Mid-Long. Also in the description add D-rank Speed to the shift, since it's a D-rank technique otherwise you won't have a speed associated with the change of direction.

Name: Chakra Linkage Technique
Classification: Shurkenjutsu
Rank: C (Chakra &/or Blood Price Varies)
Class: Supplementary
Range: 0-30ft radius

Description: This technique is a unique offshoot of the Chakra Transfer Technique developed to supplement ranged combat. can only be used if the user places his/her blood and chakra on the blade of a weapon. This technique allows the user to use multiple jutsus with that weapon without having to touch the weapon once more. This only works so long as the requirements of the techniques were met before releasing or losing possession of the designated weapon.  The user will not be able to use multiple techniques at the same time but can use them one after another. Every technique used without reloading manually will cost the user an additional Crank in cost. Due to incorporating chakra flow at the end this technique does not require handseals. If this technique is being used out of the 30ft range, then the cost becomes C rank + 1 rank for every ten feet that it goes. So at 80ft the user will spend an additional C rank + S rank.

EX: If one uses a kunai and adds lightning chakra to the kunai and throws it. The user can also use a technique that turns chakra infused weapons into a spear while the kunai is in mid air, for a cost of the spear transformation technique + C rank. And this could keep going so long as the user has the chakra +C rank and the proper requirements for the follow up technique already met.

Description:The user will channel chakra and  slam his feet on the ground. From that moment the user will be able to detect any solid movement for up to 40 ft radius for two posts. This technique uses chakra as vibration sensors underground and on surface level to detect movement. This technique can be extended for another two posts by paying up another price of D rank chakra. If cancelled this technique has a one post cool down.

Name: Futon: Twister
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Class: Offensive/Defense
Range: 0-30ft radius

Description:  Upon completion of the seals, the user will bring forth either two 10ft tall and 4ft wide twisters, one 20ft tall and 8 ft wide twisters.  The user can use the twisters for defense against, physical attacks, and even chakra based attacks so long as they aren’t strong against wind or possess defense piercing. Fire element attacks of C rank or lower will cause the twister to negate them and become a flaming twister which could hurt the user if close enough. These twisters can also be used for offense with the ability to suck in anything and anyonenot anchoring themselves with C-rank rank strength below. This technique will cause C rank chakra/physical damage to victims caught inside them. Each twister at 10ft can capture two people at a time, at 20ft the twister can capture four people. The twisters travel at Bullet Release speed and can become more dangerous if projectiles or chakra based techniques are caught inside due to them spinning within it. Each twister can travel up to 30ft from where it is spanned before dispersing and can trap projectiles not backed by strength above C-rank, incoming techniques lacking defense piercing, and victims inside for its entire duration. If caught, victims can escape by using C rank fire jutsu or higher, or by being pulled out from the outside by someone or something possessing above C-rank rank strength. Its also possible to destroy this technique with other techniques either C-rank that are strong against wind or have defense piercing or B-rank if neutral or weak against wind with defense piercing.

Description: The user creates a tiny seal first making a square before writing the Kanji for "Chaos Control" within it. This seal will visibly appear on the user's forehead if a Genjutsu or fabrication technique is used on them. This technique will negate the effects of the genjutsu or fabrication technique used as long as it is below B rank. When these conditions are met a symbol would appear on his forehead containing a full or partial glow of green. If the illusion used is D rank and lower it will be a partial glow being 1/6th of the way too completion. If the illusion used is C rank then it will be a full circle glow signifying its completion. Once the seal has reached a full glow the seal will vanish and leave the user vulnerable to illusion based techniques of any rank, if they have no means of avoiding it. Any illusion based techniques used at B rank or higher will not be negated by this seal and will take full affect. No preparation is needed for this seal. It activates once the situation is met, and the user has the chakra available. It also alerts the user of an illusion based technique being used because the user will being to feel sapped of 1 C rank chakra and will give the user knowledge of the illusion being used as if they had already been through it before. This seal must be set before the topic, and resets once used in a topic requiring a completely new seal as the seal formula dissolves upon triggering it's effect.

This can serve as a D rank counter to interrogation techniques.

Description: Armenezra to many of his peers that can understand him is referred to as a tactical genius. This is due to his impeccable eye for spotting the small details.  In many situations he will be able to spot the smallest gestures, or even use his critical thinking to deduce a logical outcome. This gift he mainly uses in fighting to read situations or just a person’s movements to determine their next attack or course of action.  He can use this to either determine how well or how bad a situation is going to get, if someone is about to use a jutsu, the type of kick or punch one will throw, or even the direction and how far someone will throw an object. In battle, this is for moves that can be telegraphed such as strikes. This means that the user will not have prior knowledge of an incoming strike rather they will understand the strike at the same time its being formed. Its the difference between using muscle tension to know a punch is coming before a fist is formed and seeing a punch coming before it hits.The latter is what this technique allows, giving the user the ability to dodge attacks so long as its a possibility.

Description: This technique is a situational Taijutsu based technique which uses the concept of  momentum and leverage to take down larger and stronger opponents.  This technique can be used in many variations so long as the user is able to grab hold of one of target’s arms and both the user's legs can still move (even if not well).  In one swooping motion, the user will grab the arm of the target, lift the arm and step into the target’s body directly under the armpit. With that momentum, the user will use his/her hips to lift slightly while the arm is pulled down towards the direction that the user wants to drop the target.  The impact that the target will face upon hitting the ground is a bit lower than the speed in which the user executes this move. Regardless of the variations, unless this technique is done at a higher rank, the rules and conditions remain the same.  This technique in the moment also allows the user to have temporary physical control over the target. This means that while the user is executing the flip, he/she can use their free arm to do another follow up movement. After slamming the target to the ground, if the target flinches from damage, the user can hold on to the arm of the target to perform a different follow up move or perform a ninja roll across from the target with their arm in his/her possession to use the leverage to pick up the target and do a different follow up move or to slam the target down again applying the same move.  This can remain continuous unless the target breaks out of it and as long as the user can provide the stamina cost. Stamina cost may vary, but it’s the average running cost of the speed that the opponent executes this technique +1.

Description: A secondary trap is laid under a Seal Barrier technique consuming 1 Slot from the max. This technique can be triggered when an incoming attack fails to penetrate the Barrier Seal which this trap is attached to. The result is that the barrier reflects the incoming attack while boosting it in power by 1-rank using the chakra comprising the barrier to project & strength the reflected technique. If it is a projectile it likewise reflects it at a faster speed to go with the increase in rank but if it isn't then the victim is dealt 1-rank higher damage than what they used to try and break the barrier. The result is that this trap functions like a one-shot counter, destabilizing the barrier in a bid to deal variable damage back to an opponent thus relying on the user's discretion to determine whether to hold out or to capitalize on an opponent's incoming attack. To that extent, like all trap based techniques this is not required to be placed in spoiler tags unless the victim has a B-rank Spirit+Reaction Tier chain or a B-rank sensory technique geared towards identifying seals. furthermore due to it's one shot nature if the barrier seal is written on tags or etched into non-living weapons (or organoids) their are destroyed in the process of releasing their energy.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of wind chakra using chakra flow that, instead of being used offensively, is used to filter oxygen into the user's muscles granting them increased mobility when used with natural tiers to make them outpace even samurai (A-rank++, A-rank+ without A-rank Speed). The technique also channels wind around the body reducing drag to not only grant air movement by means of flight but also allowing for tremendous raw speed when used with natural tiers to make them on par with samurai (A-rank+, A-rank without A-rank Speed). This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilise nintaijutsu (Wind Release Slicing). The user is constantly shrouded in Wind Elemental chakra which gives them a clear aura with the wind picking up around their body while it is active.

The number of post (total) the user can maintain this technique is not only based on their skill level but likewise their Endurance Tiers. Likewise thanks to surrounding their body with Wind the user is encased in it requiring a S-rank Defense Piercing technique good against Wind release to even damage them.

Description: This technique isnt chakra based and does not require hand seals. This technique is skill based and requires the user to have atleast 3 shurikenjutsu or shurikenjutsu hybrid based techniques in their arsenal.  This technique is a symbol of the shurikenjutsu user's dexterity with throwing weapons. The user of this technique has an uncanny ability to line up shots to hit multiple targets in one throw, or to even use a throwing weapon for multi purposes.  This allows the user a 95% chance of hitting anything that they aim for so long as its not deflected or interfered with. This technique also allows the user to use weapons to mark and/or draw things such as seals to cover up to 40ft in one throw.


Name: Perfect World: Communication
Classification: Genjutsu

Description: This technique was formed by a family hailing from the Rikigaku clan, known as the Doublestackums. Unlike most Rikigaku memebers, this family has a strong pack like mentality. Theyre accustom to hunting in their group of four, for food and big game. As a group of four communication is key to having everyone aligned to an objective and having everyone up to date on whats going on with the other members, without having to make a sound to alert targets or predators. The way this technique works is that one member will remain silent for a brief moment. If other members that the primary user wishes to link up to remain silent during this period of time as well then a clear message can be heard. The only ones that can hear the message are the members the primary user chooses to invite to the party. The message would be recieved in the primary user's whispering voice and will be clear to the designated member(s) drowning out all other sounds. The message will say, "(primary user's first name) invites you to join their party" and the designated member(s) will have a choice to join or not. If the member(s) join then the genjutsu will take full affect causing all joined members of the party to see everything in real time, as if they were never in a genjutsu, with the only exception that they will lose there sense of hearing for the time being. During this time all thoughts will become like voices in the language that each indiviual user best understands. This allows them to be insinct  knowing each others every move, before they even do it. But as the Doublestackums have often found, hearing is a very important sense and not having it for a while is a great disadvantage. The only way in which they can hear whats going on in the outside world is if they disconnect from the party, or they make a verbal sound. By making a verbal sound they temporarily disconnect with the Perfect World Communication Technique and reconnect with the actual world's audio. But the moment they stop making verbal sounds, they will lose audio again and reconnect with the perfect world communication tech.  They can only disconnect three times before they get completely disconnected from the technique, in which it will take them four posts to reconnect. If the primary user is the one to disconnect then the second member becomes the primary user and has to reinvite that person to the party after the third time they disconnect and after 4 posts. This goes on until there are no more users to the party or the primary user disbands the party. This technique has another danger, being that its Genjutsu based it can be used to set of a Genjutsu chain which will be bad for all members of the party. This rarely happens because unless you know of this technique it wouldnt seem like members of the party are in a genjutsu rather it will look like theyre ignoring you, if you arent directly infront of them so they can read your lips.

Description: Armenezra along with his siblings have survived many years off of hunting and stealing from strangers. Most of the time they push their luck in stealing from armed guards and high rank shinobi in hoped that their weapons would be of more value.  Unfortunately, most of what they’ve learned has been through watching magic acts and performing these tricks often. Because of this, they have mastered an art that they call gentle snatch.  This technique can be used for a number of things, but mainly to remove and repossess items on a target via physical contact or in order to hide, swap, or add items into a mix.

Taijutsu: This technique can be used by the user if they are within 10ft of the target(s). If the target is in range, attempt to make any kind of physical contact anywhere on the target(s). During this post the user may not spoiler this technique unless the target(s) touched has high reaction tiers of C rank or higher. By the beginning of your next post if your target(s) acknowledge that any physical contact had been made between you; choose from three options:
1) You may choose up to 3 items from the target(s) person that had not been mentioned in his/her post prior to this effect. The chosen weapons are now added onto the user’s bank, unless the user can not physically wield it or contain it. If the user is a rikigaku the item is immediately digitized and placed in their bank.  Any weapon that cannot change hands is considered as a disarm and remains on the ground where the target(s) once stood.
2) You may choose to place up to 3 items into the target(s) person without them noticing. One can use this to aid the target(s), plant objects on them, or plant them with active traps.
3) You may choose up to 1 item from the target(s) person and follow the rules in the first option. You may also choose to place up to 2 items into the target(s) bank.  The same conditions apply as in the second option.

 This technique is a slick and clever way of the user being able to plant weapons and traps without being noticed by anyone with less than C rank or higher reaction tiers. The person(s) in the area can only detect them if they are focused on the user and nothing else, regardless of tiers.  This technique can also be used to add one more throwing weapon without being detected. If this technique is being used for this reason, then the following applies:
1) The user must speak audibly while throwing their weapon(s). In your post when specifying the number and type of weapon(s) thrown, subtract the number by one. During this time the user may not post this technique in spoilers until the next post, but must subtract one more of each additional weapon(s)thrown from their bank.  During the beginning of the user’s next post count a successful hit for every different additional weapon thrown. The additional weapons all go to the same direction as their corresponding weapon. This effect is useless if the target(s) cannot be damaged by your attack, or the additional weapon was noticed before the beginning of the same post that this technique is revealed.
EX:
User: throws 4 shuriken and 2 kunai at the opponent's head while using this technique. The user will not place this technique in spoiler, but will not in spoiler that 20/25 of his shuriken and 7/10 kunai's remaining.

Target: uses kunai to block all 6 incoming projectile.

User: calls hit on a shuriken and a kunai because those two were hidden in the mix. The user will now spoiler this trap to verify, and damage will be done accordingly. Unless the target is immune to projectiles or didn't block but dodged instead.

Description: By focusing chakra into the ears, the user enhances their ability to react to things based on sound without causing any risk to the rest of their senses. This technique however can utilise a fair amount of chakra depending on the user's rank as the greater the user's skill the better they can channel chakra throughout their own body to lessen the strain this technique has upon them. When activated this technique gives the user C-Rank reaction tiers tied to their hearing and allows them to penetrate through C-Rank sound concealment techniques however the cost needs to be repaid every so often depending on the user's rank. This can of course be ended at any time for a C-Rank of chakra.

Description: Active when conditions are met. This technique takes up on slot as a Barrier Trap: This seal must be set and paid for prior to the topic that it is being used. In the event that a barrier seal such as Three Seal Barrier and it's kind is active, and the opponent or something other than the user attempts to make contact with the barer of this seal, activate this seal. From the moment the conditions are met, contact of any kind with the barer of this seal is forbidden. The only way that this technique can be broken is by first removing the seal barriers set up prior to this activation.  If one successfully removes the barriers and or destroys them with spiritual or natural based attacks, then the effects of this seal is removed. This coating makes it so that the user can make contact with targets. This barrier does not affect nor hinders the damage which the user can deliver nor does it affect the type of damage when attempting to attack . This technique is best described like wearing a glove or protective suit to keep from contact being made with  the user's skin ,clothing, weapons and accessories that he has on his person. If items are thrown or removed from their person, it will not be protected by this specific barrier.  This barrier is mainly focused on the user.  The repel affect does not repel destruction based attacks, and it doesn't negate the abilities of Three Seal Barrier and its kind. However it does drastically decrease the range of the barrier's protection, meaning that the barrier now only protects the person or people marked with this seal. Because this technique works if its been preset, it does not require chakra in battle, because said chakra has been paid prior. This seal can be hidden within symbols and other things.  This seal can be used to protect other people or things, but in order to do this those that he wish to protect would have to be within the middle of the original barrier in order to receive the mark, or he would have to write or etch the seal(s) on the targets they wish to protect and pay C rank chakra for each seal created, if chakra is not paid voluntarily then no additional protection is added. For further specification,this barrier is only localized around the person using the seal as protection and/or the object(s) marked with the seal. Many user's use this seal by placing the seal on an article of clothing in order to protect whoever is wearing it.
