Name: Khan Claw: Kahn Clinch
Classification: Taijutsu

Description: This is a more advanced technique of the Khan Claw which deals with grapples, it involves the user grabbing an opponent with either one hand or both along the upper body as long as they are within 2 ft of the user.  Both hands involve 1 arm on the neck and the other arm  around the bicep to the elbow for a complete arm control. The single lock involved one arm interlocked into the elbow over to the neck for complete arm control. This method of grabbing is actually intense with its strikes, closing in the gap for action interruption with the momentum swing and pulls , and thus it requires rank Reaction Tiers  higher than the speed of the grab or a Time Slowing Dojutsu in order to react in time to either dodge out of it's range or utilize a rank grab escaping technique equivalent to the speed of the grab. Alternatively if they lack either the victim can escape by possessing at least a Tier Level higher strength than what the user is grabbing them with (1 Hand) or at least 2 Tier Levels higher if the user is using both hands. Typically grabs are painless, however if the user has claws they use it to get a better hold inflicting rank physical damage equivalent to their strength tier. Upon an opponent then escaping from the clawed grab the bleed effect from the claws then kicks in due to them tearing into the victim's flesh as they escape. If the user possesses higher tiers it becomes harder for a victim to escape.  
*Primal Stance: When in the Primal Stance, the Knee and elbow strikes in the muy thai clinch are at full power, and does not take a damage debuff.  Furthermore, due to the extreme distance travel for strikes, the opponent needs 1 level higher than the speed of the blows to react to it if single armed, and 2 levels higher if double arm.  The Kahn clinch is used to end fights once the opponent is caught with vicious knees and elbows.

Description: This technique involves the user performing a powerful skipping stomp in any sort of direction in somewhat of a propelling jump glide motion. It takes upon the philosophy that one step can actually propel you at a further distance with the proper form. Depending if the user stomped with one leg, two legs, three legs (Transformed Only) or four legs (Transformed Only) the distance can have and additional modifier in addition to the distance already covered with the current speed tier. The stomp's actually cause a tremor wave  equivalent to the Strength Tier of the user in terms of the speed, and diameter distance of the quake. Without the equivalent balancing technique equivalent to the strength tier or a  strength tier to keep the balance, those affected will become completely floored and shaken up to act, interrupting their action. The amount of limbs in us also serves as an additional distance modifier for the quake, which follows speed tier distances.
*Gale Stance- While in Gale Stance, this technique is exceptional in dodging, increaesing the speed up to 1 to two ranks of speed if using  1-2 legs. In addition,  the requirements  to dodge a technique is lowered by one  rank if 3 to 4 legs were used in a transformed state. *

Name: Khan Claw: Leg Lariat Sweep
Classification: Taijutsu

Range: Contact, Short (Knock-Back)

Description: This technique entails the user giving the inflicted a dastardly leg kick at any area of the lower body. This technique is quite effective as it is quick and effective in extremely close quarters with an opponent as it out-speeds hand or leg strikes unless they are equivalent or 1  Tier Level faster while being rather painful (C-rank physical pain per impact without strength tiers), not counting the additional pain the inflicted can possibly received added together when the user has strength tiers in use depending on their current strength tier and the Tarzan modifier. Impacts to the leg will have them feeling lasting pain and would lower effectiveness of their current tier or techniques involving the use of their lower body by 1 with each hit.Impacts to the crotch result in a loss of 3 fatigue for females and 6 fatigue for males. Immobilisation can be mitigated by endurance tiers equal to strength for females, endurance tiers equal to strength + pain resistance for males, or endurance tiers one rank higher than strength for males. This stipulation is not gender specific as long as the inflicted can feel pain.
*Tarzan Stance: While in Tarzan Stance this technique ends up dealing no damage due to the stance however the user gains the ability to rapidly Kick opponents especially if they have been restrained or grabbed in some way. This is based on the user's skill level to determine exactly how many head-butts they can throw out in the usual interval of one.

Description: The user takes a deep breath at and spins while exhaling at an available speed tier of their choosing that they contain, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The attack travels at B rank speeds The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit in an aoe.  It deals C rank cutting damage an equal amount depending on the users rank, and causes the C rank bleeding  equivalent to the number of times the target was hit.

Description: The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. The cylindrical projectiles travel at B rank speeds. The cylindrical projectiles are 2 meters in width, being able to travel as far as 120 ft. Each  does B rank damage and maintains piercing.  Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide with it.

Description: The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. The  breathing technique is based upon the users speed tier, so enchanting a weapon can be potentially faster. Baek can enchant up to 30 feet away from him. It's a   enchantment that adds a B rank wind damage modifier in addition to the damage capabilities of what was enchanted,  a range modifier of up to 5 feet max,  and B rank piercing damage. It'll last for 3 PT per rank of the user before the cost needs to be paid again, and deactivate if the cost isn't paid.

Vacuum Wave needs actual mechanics, not just to be copy and pasted. It needs what speed it moves at, what damage it deals, how much damage it deals... Etc

Escape Intuition is a no. Find another way to locate traps or to make it easier and remember it will need a downside, either loss of additional fatigue, lowering of reaction to other sources, stuff like that.

Passing Typhoon is just no, there is no way a C-Rank can do that much. Clearing weather conditions? That's like an S-Rank, A-Rank minimum if that's all it done. Area Dispersal Techniques are fine but they clear equal to their rank and lower and wouldn't increase the speed of other techniques.

Also, stop putting 'Varied' for range if you aren't going to mention what the variable range is -.- Use the actual range indicators unless you are going to put in how the range varies.

Holy Shi- Sept- Sept- SEPTEMBER! Whoa!!! Whoooooa! Jeez.... Let me just...

You need ranges per rank for Vibration Sense, you know... Just a lil AOE.

Vacuum Sphere is up there twice

Vacuum Blade seems kinda long imo, like it can extend 30 feet? jeez... nothing really wrong with it for me other then that.

turbulence feeling 3 has a negative -13 which i assume is supposed to be a -3

And in general my knowledge on the fatigue system is rusty... So i'll let the real staff handle this. Have fun with the fixes!

Vacuum Wave - Does require handseals, no reason for it not to, launches at B-Rank speed, it's a ninjutsu, not a Nintaijutsu. If you want multiple hits, drop the damage and bleeding down to C-Rank. Change the range to AoE, remove distance from the description.

Vibration Sense - Rank is AoE dependent on user's rank, that's the only change, counts as D-Rank vibration sensory.

Vacuum Sphere - Remove one, it's up twice. It requires hand seals, no reason for it not to, it launches at B-Rank speeds. Everything else is fine.

Vacuum Blade - Enchants a weapon for B-Rank wind release damage and B-Rank piercing if I read that rightly. That's fine, it'll last for 3 PT per rank of the user before the cost needs to be paid again, adds an additional 5 feet onto the weapon's range.

Turbulence Feeling - Fine, however, as Hatta said, the third one should be -3, not -13.

Vacuum Wave - Moves at B-Rank speeds, it is not dependent on the user's speed. It is a ninjutsu.

Description:  Utilizing his command over wind release, baek summons a gale wind in the area around 40 feet of the user. The strong storm is actually full of wind chakra and being within it could throw off C chakra perception  and lower since it it would mask the user and seem as if the chakra signature would be all around the storm in 40 feet.  the scent of the user would be scattered throughout the 40 feet as well, leaving the user's sense of smell to be inpointed to his actual location unless an enhanced smell pinpointing technique higher than the jutsu is used.  However, one of the best qualities of this technique is  D-Rank strength allows the victim to move but their speed is reduced by 1-Rank, C-Rank strength or higher allows full movement. The user  can easily end the technique with the release handsign and chaka price.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into a near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. this technique is akin to an unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession. The uniqueness of this technique is the fact that it's fully based upon chakra control and channeling wind chakra through the fingertips. This is done without hand signs, and mostly because inkan have amazing chakra materialization This is generated at A rank speeds and does A rank damage. It's Invisible to the naked eye and B-Rank or lower chakra sensory'

Description: This jutsu allows the Alpha Werewolf to infuse their saliva with their White Blood, enabling them to transfer the infection through bite. In order to do this, they must pay a C-Rank of White Blood as well as-2 Stamina, giving them the ability to transfer the curse simply through biting their target. The blood price is paid if the teeth pierced the target.  The amount of blood infected in the target is C rank worth, but more can be paid by choice.

Name:  Modification Curse - Claw Transmission
Classification: Medical Juinutsu

Description: This jutsu allows the Alpha Werewolf to infuse their claws with their White Blood, enabling them to transfer the infection through their claws In order to do this, they must pay a B-Rank of White Blood as well as-4 Stamina, giving them the ability to transfer the curse simply through scratching their target. It doesn't matter if the nails were shot at the target or the user simply swiped at them, the infection still carries.The blood price is paid if  the claws pierce the target through manual use, but if firing the nails as a projectile, the blood price is paid beforehand. In the infected target, the amount of blood is B-rank worth, but more can be paid by choice.

Range: Close
Description: Transmitted by the Infection Curse, this is a basic Juinjutsu that can affect beasts that are targeted. The marking created will be a marking the size of the user's outstretched palm, first making a six pointed star before writing six kanji in each opening, in the order starting clockwise from the top “Lunar Transformation”, "Enhance Physical”, "Spread", "Enthrall", "Infulence Offspring", and “Minor Regeneration”.  The host's physical abilities, tiers, are increased by 1-rank, when in an untransformed state, and is increased 2-ranks when transformed. The host will further gain a minor version of a Werewolf's regeneration, allowing them to heal from damage equal to 1 rank below their rank. Enthrall allows for a natural loyalty toward the pack and the Alpha of the pack, as well as a sense of obedience when coming from the Alpha. Spread is the natural ability of the Werebeast creating the infectious venom  that was used to infect it, which allows the werebeast to infect other creatures or people as well, gaining the same abilities and enthrallment clause. Breeding with those that bear the mark gives birth to the natural birth of werebeast reptiles. Success rate and choice infection always matches the Alpha's own White Blood potency. Description:  This style utilize the user's preexisting barrier tiers and gives them a mirroring motion towards metal effects being inflicted against the user. Instead, if the user possess equal  or higher barrier tiers of the Genjutsu(s), it would not take effect on baek and would only bounce back to the origin of the technique instead in the form of mental damage equivalent to the Genjusu(s).  A failed bounce would make baek takes the mental damage instead. Upon a Bounce, the user pays a Chakra price equal to the rank of the technique bounced, but the bounce can only happen if the user knows that they are in a genjutsu. Any form of bypassing works but the piercing of the genjutsu must be equal to Baek's barrier tiers or higher to break the Reflect Bouncer. Baek needs to detect the genjutsu first, and break it before he can bounce it.

Reflect Bouncer - Needs waaaaay more limitations. Any mental technique? No. For only having barrier tiers? No. The chakra price is fine but that's the only bit that's fine. It wouldn't be a fighting style also. So this needs heavily worked on.

Intercepting Khan Claw V2 - Needs more limitations as well. You don't get a ridiculous increase to reaction tiers required for nothing, ESPECIALLY as an add-on to a preexisting fighting style. Either, while in use you only use the effects of the IKC and not the base stances or you massively lower the reaction tier boost to... Say 2 Tier Levels and within 2 feet - 4 Tier levels(a rank). Might be able to get away with it being a ranged increment thing.

Description: The user needs the Claw manifestation supplement before using this Jutsu. Baek can fire off his nails at a person as if they were bullets, using them freely like a projectile. They move at S rank speeds and deal S rank damage per nail launched. The nails lose momentum after they travel 50 feet. They take on the properties of the claw hardening technique the user is using. The nails dissolve after a set amount of posts, but baek can pay a -2 stamina price to dissolve them at half the time, -4 stamina to dissolve them immediately. Each nail follows the claw manifestation chart equivalent to the amount of blood loss the inflicted experience, depending the strength of the blow. The inflicted continues the same rate of blood loss until the nail is dissolved or removed. If the nail goes straight through, it's a one-time blood loss p.t.

Description: This technique is one of the Khan Claw's many taunts and involves the user releasing a beast-like roar in order to cripple the opponent with fear. Those within the hearing vicinity of the scream will be have their intimidation level subtracted by 3 for each roar. In halfmoon transformation, it will be subtracted by 6. In full moon, it will be subtracted by 9.  If their intimidation level hits 0, this makes motor functions and muscle movement unavailable, causing the victim freeze on the spot or crumple to the ground. If they have A rank barrier tiers, they only receive half the subtraction to their emotion gauge. S-rank and higher remains unaffected. This taunt is ineffective against deaf characters or characters not within the hearing range. This taunt can only be used once per topic.

*Torrent Stance: In the Torrent Stance, the taunt results in a lasting decreasing check of the opponent's emotion levels for a certain amount of p.t depending on their barrier tiers. Description: This technique is one of the Khan Claw most devastating moves and is also treated as a charge and a takedown. The spear can be hit from anywhere, making it a versatile move. The distance of the spear attempt matches the speed.  The amount of damage is in two sets. The first set is upon contact. The second of set of damage follows a successful takedown, resulting in the completion of the move. After a successful takedown, the user is prone to a follow-up. Staying upright requires the inflicted to have 1 Rank higher than the user's strength stat, or a rooting stance taijutsu maneuver equivalent to it. This can be used in any moon form.

*Primal Stance: When in the Primal Stance it can also be used to interrupt other physical based technique styles such as Taijutsu (Spearing the arm or the leg), shurikenjutsu (Spearing the opponent before they could throw the shuriken), Kyujutsu (spearing the opponent before they could draw the bow or draw up an arrow to shoot), and Kenjutsu (Spearing the opponent before they could draw or move their blade). Even with a speed tie, Baek can still successfully interrupt if the speed isn't higher than the speed he's using.

Description: This technique involves the user sending an uppercut within the torso of the target's stomach or head area. Without claws, it does physical pain only. With the use of claws,  it does both physical pain and physical damage. This attack moves at the user speed.  However,  it's true purpose involves launching the target into the air for ariel combat, making them prone without an air movement technique or the natural ability of flight.  This knockback can also launch them in a mid flight  of flying backwards, making the opponent prone as well. The opponent is launched into the air depending on the strength tier used for the attack. That modifier is separate from the actual damage being done. Initial knock is 10 feet, which is added to the users strength tier.

Description: Due to being a werewolf, or a dirty fighter in general, Baek has obtained the ability to enter the true primal state. The primal berserk state can be triggered at will. When this is activated, Baek's pupils turn red and his irises crack, the colour leaking out into the sclerae for the duration of this technique. While in this state his body rapidly produces adrenaline, heightening his prowess and diverting it oddly when he takes damage to further enhance his physical abilities. At base, this technique causes him to take two ranks less pain than he normally would and reduce any damage by half after tier reductions. This is heightened when he is in his moonlight transformation as pain drops by three ranks and attacks not only deal half damage but piercing is lowered by one rank when used against him. In his Full Moon transformation the tips of his fur turn blood red and his teeth elongate more than usual, turning his mouth into a maw of fangs and he becomes immune to pain entirely while piercing is lowered by two ranks and bypassing fail  and instead defaults to the move in question being lowered by one rank when used against him. During this state as well he is able to utilize high amounts of damage, and the subsequent adrenaline and endorphin rush, to empower his body. Unfortunately, this is incredibly taxing on the body and upon the duration running out his tiers will be reduced by one rank and he will suffer double the amount of pain as normal. Any buffs received to tiers or tiers granted last 2 posts(total) per rank of the user. (So 2 at D, 4 at C, etc)

Damage Sustained - Effect Given
A-Rank - Can grant a non-natural tier at B-Rank levels, improve a natural tier by one rank, enhance an attack's damage with an additional A-Rank of physical damage or replenish an A-Rank of fatigue.
S-Rank - Can grant a non-natural tier at A-Rank levels, improve a natural tier by one rank, enhance an attack's damage with an additional S-Rank of physical damage, replenish an S-Rank of fatigue or recover Intimidation Limit by half.
SS-Rank - Can grant a non-natural tier at S-Rank levels, improve a natural tier by two ranks, enhance an attack's damage with an additional SS-Rank of physical damage, replenish an SS-Rank of fatigue or recover Intimidation Limit to full.
SSS-Rank - Can grant a non-natural tier at SS-Rank levels, improve a natural tier by three ranks, enhance an attack's damage with an additional SSS-Rank of physical damage, replenish an SSS-Rank of fatigue or recover all emotional limits to full and replenishes physical limits to half.

Description: This sound based genjutsu is based upon the user giving a loud feral roar in order to deafen the opponents sense of hearing dependent on the target's barrier tiers. In addition to that, this backlash of the loud sound lowers the reaction time of the opponent as long as they are in the genjutsu, which is also dependent on the target's barrier tiers. The Reaction tier debuff remains on the opponent until the target officially breaks out of the genjutsu through the use of kai or pain.

After the target is touched, they would start to feel a stinging sensation of pain throughout their body of A rank pain per p.t, which will continue to stack. If the target does not have a pain immunity or A rank pain tolerance taijutsu,  the experience of SS rank pain will render the opponent unconscious for the rest of the thread. If an item was used instead in order to initiate physical contact with the target instead of the user personally touching them, the pain experienced per p.t will be reduced by 1 rank. If the target has B rank barrier tiers, the pain is reduced to B rank per p.t , the pain is completely negated with A rank barrier tiers.

Name: Blade Of Wind-Genocide Cutter

Description: This technique is an advanced nintaijutsu that Baek has made with the use of the blade of wind. With the use of his speed, baek makes a rising "heel" kick or a  downward "swipe", mostly taking the motion shape of a crescent moon. The chakra nature of blade of wind coats the limbs when in use and increases the hit range by 25 feet. The actual damage of the technique is equivalent to the speed that Baek is moving, dealing wind release hybrid damage. This attack causes a continuous amount of blood loss per p.t based upon Baek's rank unless the wound is healed completely. This is done without hand signs, and mostly because inkan have amazing chakra materialization.  It's Invisible to the naked eye and A-Rank or lower chakra sensory.

Name: Kahn Klaw- Gansai-ken

Description: This kahn claw tehcnique is relatively powerful in the sense of creating flowing wave of attacks that can quickly overwhelm the opponent. The attacks deal damage equal to the speed that the user is moving at, with the user's rank dictating how many hits can be executed in general. When used with claws, this does both physical damage and physical pain. With strength tiers, these attacks do piercing.  Upon contact, if the opponent does not have barrier tiers equal  or pain tolorance equal to the pain that's being experienced, it would count as an immediate interruption their action if they were to utilize a mental based technique or a technique that requires concentration. Pain knock out rules apply as normal.


*Tarzan Stance: While in Tarzan Stance, this technique ends up dealing less damage than usual,  the number of attacks now have an outspeeding proximity that grants a tier level of speed for an interception check of speeds that is moving at his current speed or lower.
